Ingredients: - 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 2 sticks butter, melted - 1 large egg - 1 egg yolk - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 2 1/2 cups flour - 1/4 cup Hoosier Hill Farm Instant Milk Powder - 1/4 cup cornstarch - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. 3.
